Login to clients.gmgsavings.com and click on the Candidates tab.
Select the "Add New Candidate" button.
Select the position and location the candidate is being considered for along with their contact information. Be sure to pick the Candidate button and then the red "Create and Send Survey" button. IMPORTANT: You must select Candidate for them to be able to do the pre hire survey.
The candidate simply fills out the survey sent to them.
Once you are ready to hire them, open their record from the Candidates tab.
Confirm you show survey completed, then click the red Hire button and enter the date they will start work. IMPORTANT: You must do this before they begin work otherwise the IRS will reject them for a new hire credit.
You will receive a confirmation on each new hire.
